At the conference Massimo Baldini and Giampaolo Arachi present the report, "Italian Public Finance. Report 2016" about public national debt, taxation, welfare, health system, education, fiscal federalism, public utilities. In particular, in this edition the focus is on two topics: the sector of lotteries and the texation of the international companies operating in the digital economy.
