Thinking of an economic model that is able to overcome the challenges opened by the new millennium, from climate changes to planetary inequalities in acceding to food, water, energy, environment, education and health: this is the ambitious purpose of the project that has been launched by Slow Food in order to identify and support an economy that is “for everyone, for the common good, for peace”. Therefore, this bet foresees only “winners”: economy, environment and humanity.
