The 2016 edition of Periferico Festival, entitled "Futuro Antenato", will take place in the Villaggio Artigiano of Modena Ovest. The Festival focuses on the connection between art and crafts but also on the relationship between memory and changing, by reflecting on the end of a way of production that is also an anthropological transformation of a place. Starting from a 5 months fieldwork, conducted also in collaboration with CAPP, "Futuro Antenato" develops a reflection about the loss and the creation, the extintion and the future of those places where the life is still mixed in the things.
